What Is It?: Fat Loss 4 Idiots is one of the most popular fat loss programs on the internet. It claims that you can lose 9 pounds in eleven days.
What I Liked About It: I was very pleased with my Fat Loss 4 Idiots review. It is a very simple yet innovative dieting method. Fat Loss 4 Idiots is based on an interesting and effective Calorie Shifting method that “confuses” your body and causes it to burn unwanted fat quicker. I was able to eat regular food, in regular portions, and still lose weight.
What I Disliked About It: From my Fat Loss 4 Idiots review, I did find a couple of things that I wasn’t thrilled about. The first, and biggest problem, is their website. I don’t think I’ve seen a more child-like website in years! You have to make it through four (confusing) pages to finally get the product. It was definitely worth it in the in, but getting there can be tricky. The only other thing that I’ve found more interesting in other diets is the fact that they custom-make meal plans specifically for you and your personal dietary needs. The thing about that though, is I paid a lot more than $39 for those diet plans. For the price, I can’t really hold this against this diet in my Fat Loss 4 Idiots review.
Would I Recommend It?: Definitely. This is certainly an inexpensive, yet innovative and effective diet plan. If you follow the steps, I can promise you will see an amazing weight loss.

Has anyone else had any experience with Fat Loss 4 Idiots?
@Maria I just started this program about a week ago and have already lost 5 pounds! I’m really excited and an feeling so much better already.
Me and my wife used fat loss for idiots about 6 months ago and each lost around 30 pounds. We were very happy.
I used this program and only lost about 5 pounds!
@Loretta You have to stick with this, just like any other weight loss plan. If you do it for a week and give up, of course you won’t see great results. I can gaurentee that this worked for me and my wife!
